A psychological evaluation can assist in documenting the substantial mental and/or physical abuse sustained from being a victim of a serious crime.
An asylum evaluation details the individual’s experiences of persecution, trauma and fear of returning to their home country. The psychological evaulation works to gather information and evidence that substantiates their claims of persecution based on race, religion, nationality, political opinion or membership in a particular social group
Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) allows both women and men victim of domestic violence to petition for immigration benefits. The psychological evaluation involves a thorough assessment of the survivor’s mental health and well-being as well as the psychological impact of the abuse they have experienced.
The T-Visa is a nonimmigrant visa that allows victims of human trafficking to remain in the United States who can assist law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of human trafficking cases.
Immigration hardship psychological evaluation that must prove that your spouse or parent would experience extreme hardship if you were not allowed to remain in the United States.
The immigration Evaluation process begins once your attorney recommends that you and/or other family members undergo an evaluation. Other family members may include your child and/or spouse.
You and I will meet for a free 15 minute consultation to discuss the evaluation process and what you may expect.
After the consultation , we will set up a virtual meeting date to begin the clinical evaluation. After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a questionnaire in English or Spanish to fill out with detailed information about your history.
My evaluations consist of a personal interview about your background, such as country of origin, reasons for moving to the US, trauma history, and current life situation. The evaluation will be split into two (2) sessions, each lasting 1.5-2 hours.

You can expect your completed report to be delivered to you or your attorney within 2-3 weeks from the date of your evaluation. Revisions available if needed- additional fees may apply.
Expedited reports can be provided for an additional fee pending availability.
Evaluations can be conducted in English and/or Spanish. Reports will be provided in English only.
The total costs of the evaluation is $1,100 which includes the evaluation (2-3 appointments) and written report (approximately 10-15 pages).
If you are in need of an expedited report in 2 weeks or less, there is an additional fee of $250. Additional fees may apply for other requests. Please note this clinicIan does not appear for court.
